Our creative catering team is committed to offering you a pleasurable dining experience.
Whether you are looking for a formal dinner, luncheon, informal buffet or brasserie-style meal, our chefs have a variety of suggestions for you to consider. Whatever your requirements, we will not let you down. We have an extensive list of wines and champagnes to accompany your meal. In addition, there are a number of traditional ales, lagers and spirits available from the bar.
We have a number of sample menus, which have been prepared for your consideration. Alternatively, we can specially tailor a menu to meet your individual needs and dietary requirements.
Below are a number of example menus we can offer. Please note that all our menus can be adapted to suite individual requirements. We use in our menus, where possible, locally produced foods.
Wine Philosophy
We are passionate about our wines and feel it is very important to match wines to the food that we offer to our guests. The directors of Hemswell Court have travelled extensively to source some of the best wines available and offer a wide range to suit everyones individual tastes. Our list offers both well known wines and wines from boutique wineries from all over the world. Please feel free to ask for a tasting before you make you decision.
Food Philosophy
